Hôtel luxueux.Chambre très propre. Eau de la piscine chauffée ce qui est très agréable.. Personnel très souriant et accueillant. Énorme buffet et très bon. Super coktail et grand choix.. Un grand merci à Mahmoud Haleem pour sa gentillesse..

This is our first time in a JAZ hotel, but definitely not the last one. We arrived very early in the morning, around 6:30 AM and the first person we met at the reception was Sam. He is a very nice and helpful person, he immediately arranged with housekeeping that we could get our rooms around 8 AM, and in the meantime we could already have breakfast. We also needed some assistance to translate between English and Arabic due to a minor issue that we had to discuss with the transfer company (it is an independent company, has nothing to do with JAZ), and Sam helped us without question. Our room was nice and big, with a little balcony, TV, minibar. Towels, including beach towels are provided and changed daily. Liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo are also provided. Coffee, tea and water is free of charge in the room, other items in the minibar are chargeable. A/C is free of charge and works very well. There is also a little safe inside the wardrobe. WiFi is free of charge, works quite well, but in the peak hours it becomes a bit slow. Room is cleaned daily, and room boy prepared beautiful towel art for us every day. This is an all-inclusive hotel, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning snacks, afternoon snacks and unlimited drinks. Food is simply amazing: there was always wide variety of food, I think everyone was able to find something delicious for each and every meal. There are quite a few a la carte restaurants also (free of charge, just need to be booked in advance), but we did not try them. Each and every staff member at the restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar, snack bar and rooftop bar are super nice and helpful and treat the guests respectfully - and create great cocktails :) The pool area is very clean and spacious, both parasols and sunbeds are available for everyone. In front of this hotel, the sea is pretty rocky, so if someone wants to swim in the sea, they have to walk 200m to the beach area of another JAZ hotel, where parasols and sunbeds can be used free of charge, just like the beach bar. During the day, there are some animations, like water gym, bochia, volleyball, etc. All areas of the hotel are cleaned very frequently and very thoroughly, meaning everything is always super clean. Dive center is around 500m from the hotel. Outside the hotel you can find gift shops, pharmacy, a little theater stage and the a la cart restaurants are also there. The garden is simply beautiful with nice trees and flowers, and the grass.... I've never seen such beautiful grass anywhere, I mean it. All in all, we had a wonderful stay here and we're sure that we would come back again.

Super hotel, doskonaly serwis, bardzo miła obsługa, Ahmed 👍 super kelner spełnia kazda prosbe. pyszne jedzenie, obszerne pokoje z duza iloscia szaf, czyste vodziennie serwis sprzatajacy, duzo zieleni, zadbane ogrody,Dwa duze baseny w tym jeden podgrzrwany. Polecam serdecznie.
