HVD Reina del Mar

Spędziliśmy w Reina del Mar tydzień w połowie czerwca i choć pogoda nie rozpieszczała to hotel to wynagrodził. Hotel jest nowy, wszystko czyste i świeże. Wspaniałe przestrzenne pokoje, kilka różnych basenów (w tym podgrzewany zewnętrzny oraz dwa płytsze ze zjeżdżalniami dla dzieci). Różnorodna strefa SPA (baseny, grota solna, kilka saun etc.) . Jedzenie bardzo dobre, wybór ogromny, pięknie podane. Drinki wykonywane z międzynarodowych alkoholi, napoje bezalkoholowe podawane nie z dystrybutorów tylko z puszek bądź butelek szklanych. Wszystko wysokiej jakości. Minusem w tym hotelu jest brak obowiązującego dress code podczas kolacji - dwa razy na kolacji (o godz. 18:30) pojawiła się rodzina w kostiumach kąpielowych (w ręcznikach plażowych) - uważam że w hotelu o tak wysokim standardzie takie sytuacje nie powinny mieć miejsca. Kolejnym minusem jest słaby angielski u obsługi (szczególnie w restauracji, czasem na prawdę ciężko było zmówić zwykły sok). Podsumowując polecam gorąco to miejsce zarówno dla par (hotel ma romantyczną atmosferę), jak i dla rodzin z dziećmi (animacje dla dzieci są super + bezpieczny plac zabaw+menu dla dzieci i niemowląt). Osoby szukające wysokiego poziomu świadczonych usług nie będą zawiedzeni.

It’s a decent resort, definitely not a luxury one. Food was decent, repetitive but decent. We have two small children so we didn’t try the a la carte restaurant. Rooms are ok, you could see the carpets and other items are worn out. Service disappointing, cleanliness was not their main concern, room wasn’t hoover for 3 days until we complain to the reception and even then we had to go again at lunch to complain again because they didn’t come to hoover that day nor the clean the next day until lunch time. I know we have kids and it becomes messy but still. Mini bar was not supplied on two days. I have found the cleaning lady’s iPhone plugged in in my charger on the bedside table. The reception lady charged me 10 euros for a missing room key card my kids misplaced. I found this so cheap for a claimed luxury resort. We were given only one also at check in. I went some cookies at the reception bar with the toddlers that were running around impatiently and there was one guys servind that was making many cocktails so it took a while ( the guy ordering cut the line in front of me anyway ) but there were two more guys that was just organising or putting bottles at their place, not one thought of serving me. So yeah, definitely not a luxury resort as they claim themselves to be, nor their services and rooms match the prices they ask for your stay. Never again, we have been to other resorts in Bulgaria that don’t have the same fame or prices and everything was just perfect, we really enjoy our stay there, so we can compare, their services are not worth the money they ask for.

I rented a villa in July 2024 for myself, my husband, and our granddaughter. We paid an incredibly high amount for just four days, €3,640, money I regret down to the last cent. I'm writing in Romanian because I believe that 90% of the tourists were my fellow citizens. Many of them got deals, but since we booked shortly before leaving, we paid this huge amount. My reasons for dissatisfaction are many. I'll list just a few: - Plenty of food, but poorly cooked, likely from cheap ingredients, with many sauces and strange combinations. - The beef was inedible, full of gristle, and impossible to chew. - The fish, not very varied, was mostly fried in a lot of oil or covered with a thick crust of flour and egg. - The vegetables and fruits were tasteless. - The whole hotel needs renovation; it's clear that it has been overused. - There's always a long line at the beach bar, probably to discourage consumption. - The beach towels are very worn out. - The à la carte restaurants keep almost the same menu daily. - Some staff members show no hint of friendliness. I could list many more, but I’ll just give you my conclusion: I would never go back and would not recommend it to friends. A vastly overrated location.

Everything was great, I had a 5-star stay, with a lot of fun from the animators and those who prepared shows dedicated to both children and adults. We will definitely come back here! And the beach party was awesome with good music and great dancers!

We travelled to Bulgaria for the first time and will definitely return. The premise is only few years old and an oasis of luxury. Paired with the amazing food at the buffet and the impeccable team we had an exceptional time there. Our 2 daughters (3 and 6) loved it as well. Great entertainment team and kids club as well a well maintained beach. The spa and sauna facilities are fantastic. Finally the gym is the best equipped one, I,d ever seen in a hotel or resort. Further, if you like it clean, that’s the place to be.
