Laguna Park

We had a great week in the Laguna Park. The location is fab, close to shops, the beach and restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was very clean. But on our first day we learnt not to leave anything sweet out. My son left a packet of open smarties on the table and the packet was filled with ants after about an hour. No Biggie and I totally get it in a warm country, we just made sure we put stuff in the fridge after that. Staff were lovely and helpful. The pool area was clean and the slides were great fun. My 12yr old loved the big bowl slide (so did I 😁). The pirate ship was great too for my youngest. The pool wasn't too cold, best pool temperature I've had at any hotel. But we were there 2 weeks before the school holiday high. The food was ok, I enjoyed it. But I've got 2 fussy eaters so they got a bit bored after day 3. Lucky there are plenty of places close by to get something different. There was a couple bof power cuts one night which we didn't find out why they happened. But it wasn't for long. The room was a good size, 1 bedroom. We didn't got to the entertainment as we were so close to all the bars. We Found a favourite 5mins away and went there most nights. On a whole I'd definitely recommend this hotel and I'd also return myself.

Het is een heel mooi hotel en een hele mooie grote kamer. Het is heel proper en het was een heel mooi buffet met veel variatie en veel desserts. Er was ook genoeg entertainment en je zit midden in het centrum. Het enige minpunt is dat het zwembad altijd vol zat maar dat viel reuze mee.

If your looking for entertainment do not come here it’s is terrible! Not on during day for kids nothing for adults on an evening. They have a small stage but didn’t even use it they done a crap few dances (baby shark etc) in the hotel lobby! Food crap but very clean hotel

The hotel is not to bad for cleanliness. The staff are very polite and friendly. I thought the entertainment team during the day were quite rude and arrogant. It is a hotel for kids as it does entertainment and it has water slides. The food isn’t to bad although it is repetitive (its the same every day). Also the hotel I believe is in the wrong location as we had a few bad experiences outside the hotel, also met a couple who had a really bad experience. The surrounding area is very rough especially at night. Due to no fault of the hotel staff or anyone else we did have to cut our holiday short for medical reasons, this did ruin our stay. all that being I still would not return.

The hotel and my room was immaculate. The food was great and the food service people where lovely and polite. However some (only some) of the waiting on staff need some customer service training on approach could be miserable or a bit impolite. Also when I was checking out the desk staff tried to charge for 2 cans of coke from my room fridge (I hadn't had these) I'm hardly going to not pay equal to 3pound. But principal is I hadn't had them .when I explained this to the receptionist she actually smirked and said oh maybe it's our misake, which it clearly was. I was never asked or given a receipt and only maids had been in my room. This plus the dinner service staff kind of put me off going again.
