breakfast and diner in buffet were great fantastic atmosphere of leisure all staff-members did a great job just along the promenade rooms excellent, especially "cherry on top" small but very nice beach with a bar 2 pools and the pool bar was wonderful

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The hotel has a lot of good facilities. The gym is amazing, pools are really nice with a variety. The staff is really welcoming and nice. Especially Dragan! He went out of his way to try help us get cooking classes, even calling all his friends. Also solved any problem we might had during our travel with a smile on his face!! Thank you!

Wow wow wow, I cannot believe this hotel is only 3 star!! It definitely should be more!! Room was on the small side but fine for the week, bed was so so so comfy and pillows were absolutely amazing ☺️. Our balcony had the most amazing view and i absolutely loved how it had a detachable washing line - it was so handy! The room was spotless and we loved the specials touch’s added in. The mini fridge was a great help for us! We loved the concept of the bracelet (especially how they act as a room key) prevents us from having to carrying it around with risk of losing it! Loved that idea. Being able to pay for drinks just by tapping you wrist was just fab! The restaurant is big and spacious, lots of options for both Brekfast and dinner, we did find that dinner was to a much higher quality than brekfast. Everytime we had brekfast in the hotel we didn’t like it much but that could just be personal preference because we can’t fault how many options there was! But dinner we enjoyed everytime we had it - can’t complain!! The pool area was immaculately kept, There was always plenty of sun-beds to go round and the sun-beds are so comfy, absolutely loved this! I hate those plastic white ones but these ones have a proper cushion and there are also day beds and bean bags too! So many options! The only thing was the pool was absolutely freezing, like ice cold. It really did put us off going in a lot of the time as it was that cold! The cocktails from the pool bar are great!! The hotel decor is just stunning, the place is immaculate clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful! I had cut my foot during my stay and they were really helpful with providing first aid etc. Markaska is absolutely stunning!! We visited at the end of September so it was quiet and not a lot to do at night but the views were spectacular, we found everyone reasonably priced and highly recommended bruschetta on the main street for someone to eat! It is unfortunate you have to pay for the sun beds which are located on the beachfront as this put us off using them! So we never really visited the beach much. We also wanted to visit the beach bar one day and ventured down and it was closed, but there was no sign or information to tell you this! My only other negative is, upon arrival we were not told about some of the amazing things the hotel has to offer, we had no idea you could book trips via the hotel or that the hotel had a spa with hot tub etc! We only discovered these things from talking to other guests round the pool area. But it was too late to book any trips by the time we had known this! It would of been good to know you could of booked it with them as we booked the sunset skywalk tour from a kiosk on the strip and we waited at meeting point for 35 minutes and it never showed up at all! So just beware! I think if we had booked through the hotel it would have been better. We did take a 1.5hr bus ride into split for the day which was good, it’s not too far to travel from the hotel! Overall, we absolutely loved this hotel and highly recommend staying here when visiting Markaska. It was just about perfect for us 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
