Pineapple absolutely amazing no complaints. great experience lovely atmosphere fabulous people. would reccomend for anyone.

It was a great experience. The beach and the pool were beautiful and so much fun. Ginger, the head of entertainment was friendly as well as Lourdes, who gave me an amazing manicure and pedicure. I loved the buffet most of all, so many choices to eat.Overall, I think this was a wonderful experience and would recommend it.

The Jr Suite was great. The Sun Club was a better experience than the regular experience (this is our second time). Will be back.

This should be rated -10, do not go there, we cut our vacation short. I left the place next day after arrival. Long lines to everything, it shouldn't be this stressful to vacation. Pools are dirty to the point you're afraid to catch some type of the disease.

Where do we start…We made it to the hotel and it took us 2hours to make it to our room. The keys were not working and we had to make so many back and forth. Room was dirty beyond compare. Bedsheets with multiple stains. Towels folded as clean with brown stains. Toilet paper (used) in the bowl. Phone and tv not working. no hangers. Hair in sink. Once getting ready for dinner, we heard people trying to get into our room…NEW GUESTS HAD BEEN GIVEN THIS ROOM…we spoke with our AT representative who had told us the manager would switch us room and that it was on the system but when we asked the front desk they had nothing…they ended up switching rooms after we told them for 30 minutes this is unacceptable. At the buffet, you get seated to a dirty table with no forks no glasses, no water, asked for a sprite and got it when we were done food. The pool was dirty with so many cups and hairs and the beach vendors never let you go. I have been to DR many times and this was by far the worse experience. Mind you, I also speak the language and still no service was given.
