We enjoyed our stay at Sunscape; everything was great – the beach, pool, à la carte restaurants, service, and staff. A special thanks to Anairis from the kids' club, who took great care of our two boys, keeping them entertained with a program full of activities. She was kind and attentive, as was the rest of her team. The boys had a blast :) thank u Anairis ❤️ We were lucky to have good weather and appreciated the beautiful site with its lush greenery. However, we found the buffet restaurants to be average, and the room, while clean and comfortable, was small and lacked any special features.

Overview: don't waste your money on this resort. The only nice thing about it is beautiful grounds. Everything else is sub par. Rooms: they are renovated, reasonably clean, but it heavily depends which building they put you in. Ours had connecting door to other room and sound insulation is almost nonexistent. 'Tropical view' is really simply looking at the building across the walkway. We were in building 16. Food and restaurants: if you're a fan of pizza this is a resort for you. We didn't find anything else to be edible, and we are really not picky eaters. Ordered room service after two nights of not finding anything in buffet restaurant and I can vouch for toasted ham and cheese to be good. A la carte restaurants cannot be reserved so how long you'll wait for the table is anyone's guess. We did enjoy Coco Café which has excellent coffee and pastries at any time, plus nice tables outside to enjoy or inside if you feel too hot. Beach: we paid for Sunclub upgrade so spent all our time at adults only beach. Which is really not adults only as there was plenty of children there as well, but we weren't bothered. Beach is a bit deceiving and there are a lot of rocks, but if you enter the water carefully you'll be ok. Beach was clean and sunbeds were often reserved by towels even the night before. By far the most off putting experience was the weekends. This hotel allows outside guests Saturday, Sunday and Monday. And there was A LOT of them in already pretty full resort. You could barely pass the pool area to go from the beach to the restaurant for lunch, the wait for table at the buffet was more than 45 minutes long, bathrooms near pool and beach were filthy, and as the day progressed the crowds became more drunk and rowdy. While this may appeal to some people, we were under the impression this is a family resort so the behaviour did not sit well. Also, on these days Wi-Fi service was almost non existent due to overload so if you're staying with touch with other family members in the resort via messaging you need to make sure you have meeting points. Overall, I would avoid this resort. The is a lot the management needs to do to improve many little things I didn't even mention in my review. Find another place where you will be well fed, have peace, and enjoy your vacation.

I had an excellent time there! Everything was on point. You can always make some remarks, for example the food in the main restaurant was a bit monotonous, but overall I was extremely satisfied with my stay there and this is mostly due to the entire staff, always polite, smiling and helpful! Special thanks to the whole enetrtainmant team and especially to Powell, Mango, La Maquina and of course La Pequena, who made you feel smiling all the time!!!
