The first couple of nights here were fine but then when coming back there were multiple coaches parked outside (one even parked blocking the access to the entrance so you had to walk through the car park to get in). This turned out to be multiple coach loads of badly behaved teenagers. I couldn't even get to my room because they had completely blocked the access to the lifts and stair cases with themselves and suitcases and refused to move, so I had to move their cases out of the way just to get to the stairs to get to my room. They completely took over every area of the hotel and were running about the corridors screaming and shouting until around 3am as well as playing music. The hotel did nothing about this. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed and as there are no carpets the sound echos all around the hotel, not helped with tiled flooring in the corridors so people wheeling suitcases along the corridors is very noisy. Closing the door barely reduces the noise at all. You can also hear everything in the adjacent rooms including the toilets flushing. If people move the chairs around upstairs it sounds like it is in your room and there is also the noise from the airport. On trying to go into the restaurant (I had paid for half board) there were no free tables. Coming back half an hour later and then there were some free tables but now the teenagers had eaten pretty much all of all the starters and about half the main courses. They were not replenished. There was also no cutlery left. I ended up having to eat with only a spoon and a knife because the forks were all gone and not replaced, despite pointing it out to the staff. This happened two days in a row. These teenagers also completely monopolized the deserts. Having eaten all of them except the ice cream they then surrounded the ice cream and stood there eating it all. If anyone else tried to get any they pushed them out of the way. The staff looked on and did nothing about this either. The entire hotel was a wall of noise from when they arrived in the evening through to about 3am each day. I got about 2 hours sleep. Other guests had paid for the same facilities and meals but could not get what they had paid for. They showed no consideration for anyone else staying at the hotel and sadly the hotel management did nothing about it either. In addition I was surprised and disappointed to find that most evening in the evening they didn't label any of the food in the restaurant so you had to guess what it was. There wasn't much variety, some days it was exactly the same as the previous day. They also do not provide any drinks at all in the restaurant. Not even water. No one comes around to take drink orders so if you want something to drink with the evening meal you have to get a drink from the bar first and bring it in. Considering this is a 4 star hotel that surprised me. Even when the teenagers left they were replaced with other coach tours. The passengers on these were not a problem other than they all tend to arrive for meals at exactly the same time so you can expect to queue if you arrive at the same time and they would be wheeling suitcases along the corridors from 6am which unfortunately is quite noisy. Whilst there is daily cleaning of the rooms it is a bit hit and miss. One day the removed the old towels but did not put any new ones in. I only noticed this when about to step into the shower so had to go down to reception to get more towels. The rooms are a good size but the bed was very hard. The area around the hotel is quite nice although none of the roads have pavements which makes walking around difficult. The hotel website promises a "relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience". That was not my experience. There is nothing relaxing about being surrounded by noisy badly behaved teenagers keeping you up until the early hours. I dreaded coming back to this hotel of an evening, it was so loud in the room you could not even hear the TV properly and there was nowhere to escape the noise. I loved Corfu but certainly did not love this hotel. It felt more like being stuck in the middle of a school trip but without any teachers controlling behavior. I cannot possibly recommend it.

The humidity în the rooms was like about 90%. All my clothes were wet. For persons with astma this is illness. I asked for a device to lower the humidity and they said that there is not available. I asked for another room, at a higher level, they didn't want to change. Such a device like trotec is arround 150E. But they have no intention to improuve the quality of air. I could not sleep because the bed was wet. The room is also noise , but I expected this. Breakfast ok, you find something to eat. Nice personel în the kichen.

Food Experience: One shocking discovery was that drinks at dinner were not included, even though we prepaid for half board (which supposedly covers breakfast and dinner). We were baffled—how can drinks be unlimited at breakfast but not at dinner? And to make matters worse, you aren’t allowed to bring your own water to dinner. When we did, we were told it was against hotel policy, essentially forcing us to buy their overpriced drinks. Breakfast itself was average, with the same selection every day—beans, toast, eggs. The coffee was a standout, though. Dinner, on the other hand, was amazing, which was a pleasant surprise. Hotel Appearance: We were honestly disappointed upon arrival. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online—it was really underwhelming. We felt completely catfished. The pool was disgusting and dirty. In fact, we overheard another couple canceling their stay because of how disappointed they were. If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel, this is definitely not it. I’m genuinely confused as to how this place is rated 4 stars. Room and Service: The room was decent, though the AC in one of the rooms wasn’t working properly. Thankfully, they fixed it shortly after we reported the issue. Location: I highly recommend renting a car if you stay here. If you don't plan to, it might be better to find accommodation closer to Corfu Town. Although there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, you’ll usually have to take a bus into town first to go anywhere else, which is a hassle. Staying in town would make things much easier.
