This is my 3rd stay at this beautiful hotel, which opened in May 2023. It is a boutique contemporary furnished hotel located in the pretty peaceful village of Kiotari. All the staff are warm and welcoming and travelling solo it was so lovely to be greeted like family on my most recent stay last week. A big thank you to Fotus and Georgios in the restaurant who looked after me so well during my stay. Breakast and dinner have an abundance of delicious choices, and I recommend staying half -board. The reception and poolside staff are all so helpful and kind, too. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff who want the guest to have a great holiday. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and housekeeping does a great job. The rooms have very comfortable beds and pillows, and having a washing line on the terrace wall is so useful to dry swimwear. Pool towels are supplied free and changed at reception daily. The room is well furnished, has a great shower, has very effective air conditioning, a hairdryer, nightsafe, and mini fridge. The recent great addition of a guest discounted mini supermarket, adjoining the hotel, is very useful. It is also a 3 minute walk to Kiotari beach, which is peaceful and beautiful. I have already rebooked my 4th stay for May next year, knowing I will have a wonderful holiday in a fabulous hotel!

My daughter and I have just returned from a week half board at this lovely relaxing hotel. It has beautifully modern decor, and is kept exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we had no cause to complain about anything. The hotel is relatively small, which we both loved. The food at both breakfast and dinner is self served buffet, with plenty of both hot and cold options available, and a great deal to choose from. The swimming pool is a lovely shape, and more than adequate, and is spotlessly clean, in a very attractive garden setting with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. We would recommend hiring a car from the airport, as Kiotari town itself is not particularly interesting and there are wonderful beaches both in the area, and further afield, as well as lovely areas and villages to visit inland.

Overall: Warm welcome when we arrived in the evening. Staff is very attentive and friendly. We also got the room we requested beforehand. Beautiful building with lots of flowers, modern decor and a nice/warm vibe. Hotel seemed not to be fully booked, which also was nice. We had a private terrace to relax, but could see that the main pool was never crowded. They play lounge music during the day and you could perfectly relax. The location is a bit secluded, which you have to like (we chose it because of that). There‘s a mini market next door, a small supermarket 5 mins away and it‘s only a short walk to the beach. We also chose the hotel because of the good price-performance for the rooms with private pool access. Room: We really liked our superior room with shared pool. Just a heads up: The sink is located right when you step into the room/not in a separate bathroom and was very low (we are 1,75/1,85 and had to bend down). Toilet paper shouldn‘t be thrown in the toilet (which was a surprise to us, so just FYI). The shower head looks like it needs to be replaced and a hook or two to hang a toiletry bag or the like would be nice. There’s a wooden ladder for hanging your bath towels and a counter that provides space though. The room doors are poorly soundproofed as we could hear the cars from the main street. We loved our private terrace with access to a shared pool. They apparently installed a wooden cover last year, getting rid of the umbrellas, however this structure doesn’t really spend any shade. Food: They offer a good quantity, but the taste was a bit bland. For a vegetarian diet you can find fruit/veggies, but especially the dinner buffet focused more on meat. Limited options if you don’t eat fish/cheese. Definitely some room for improvement in terms of quality and variety. If you have booked half board you can switch dinner with lunch in the pool restaurant twice per week which is perfect if you want to dine outside in one of Rhodes beautiful cities (can especially recommend a trip to Lindos). There‘s also a nice fish restaurant directly opposite the hotel.
