Planos Aparthotel

This hotel was fantastic. Don’t hesitate to book. The staff are all amazing. The hotel looks modern and very clean. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The food is lovely in the hotel but if you want to eat out all the bars and restaurants are within a short walk. We will definitely be returning.

A very pleasant surprise. This is a lovely little gem of a hotel in that it is spotless, lovely location and excellent staff. We were slightly dubious when we were dropped off as the hotel was not obvious and the bus driver just pointed....... fortunately we were not the only guests so we followed another couple and just a few seconds later we were professionally greeted by lovely reception staff with a glass of sparkling wine with a cherry in it! I have to say that the reception staff were brilliant so hats off to Nikos and Joanna who were knowledgeable, professional and personable. breakfast was ok - plus side is that it is not a massive restaurant which was great because a lot of the larger hotel restaurants can feel like noisy dinner canteens. This one is very pleasant. There is a decent choice but a lot of the hot food was just not hot enough despite being placed under heat lamps and the Very small 'croissant like' offerings were very hard doughy substitutes which were disappointing. Bacon was overcooked and another toaster was needed. All in all it was ok and served a purpose. Coffee machine was nice but usually had tea but tea pots should be considered as cups too small. Cannot comment on dinner etc as we purposely went bed & breakfast in order to try the local tavernas. There is a very friendly snack bar just around the corner (Local bar) which serves wonderful greek wraps for 4 euros - we had lunch there most days! This is a quieter part of Tsilivi and its only 15 euros to get to Zante Town. We went at the very end of the season and some restaurants were starting to close but our favourites were Menir (fabulous Meze) and an Italian (El Gusto) both lovely. Beach is nice if you head to the right - 2 sun beds and umbrella for 20 euros. Theres a lovely restaurant/setting right on the beach which is worth a visit - their bao buns are delish.

This is a special hotel. The staff are all customer centred. I felt their aim was ro ensure my holiday was good. Nikos, Joanna on reception were two extremely professional individuals who were helpful, welcoming, and genuine. The hotel was spotless and well maintained. The restaurant staff were great especially the lovely Ukrainian young lady on the bar. I recommend this hotel for families and solo travellers. The area is good and very clean and beautiful.

Had a weeks break in Sept 2024 as a package holiday and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Had a warm welcome from Nikola on Reception who couldn't do enough for us and was very helpful, friendly and had a good sense of humour. Our room was spot on, very clean and comfortable and there was a complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice touch too. The food on the All Inclusive was really good, there was a decent variety and the quality was one of the nicest I've had in a long time. Wine was also delicious and we have to give a shout out to Theo and Victoria on the bar for serving us with a smile and having banter too - you helped make our holiday. Also what I liked about the hotel was it wasn't too big or small, is part of a chain of hotels that you can use and for our week, it was mostly adults with only a couple of children which added to a nice, relaxing weeks break. Overall hotel exceeded my expectations, the staff were excellent and I had a great holiday so would recommend it others.

Just arrived back from Planos. What a lovely hotel, staff so lovely and friendly. Special mention for Johanna Nikolais on reception fantastic service. Victoria you make amazing drinks along side Theo. Beautiful people. To all the staff in the restaurant, thank you for looking after us so well and always with a smile. Food was delicious sometimes a little cold but plenty to choose from. House keeping also excellent. Yes pool cold but once you brave and get in it’s fine. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool which got the sun every afternoon. Yes you have to pick the best beds to get the sun, or just move it round with the sun which a lot did. Poor guy at night had to re position them. Note to guests just put them back when you go to your room !! We met some lovely people which is always a bonus. Hopefully back next year. Please can we have same room. Hope all the staff have a lovely break, ready for next year.
