Mariant Park

Hotel jak dla mnie mocne 3 gwiazki, blisko plaży, pokoje codzień sprzątane, obsługa restauracji czy recepcji bardzo miła, wszystko poprawnie. Z minusów to brak czajnika w pokoju, opłata za parking dla wypożyczonego auta 10€ dlatego parking stał zazwyczaj pusty, sejf 2€ za dzień, brak polskich napisów w hotelu mimo, że chyba najwięcej było Niemców i Polaków, kolejki do jedzenia, stare windy które przycinają wszystkich drzwiami, ściany między pokojami bardzo cienkie, codzień o 7 rano budził nas płacz dziecka zza ściany, w niedziele pokoje nie są sprzątane z powodu dbałości o ekologie niby, basen zamykany o godzinie 18 w czasie gdy jest pełen gości i wszyscy dobrze się bawią. Największy minus jednak to bardzo monotonne jedzenie, przez cały tydzień praktycznie to samo z drobnymi zmianami. Ogólnie hotel ok, ale daję mu jeszsze max 2 lata i trzeba robić remont i zmienić tą stylizację chyba z początku lat 90.

The food is the best on this hotel. You have so much to choose from. I went from 81kg to 84 in 1 week haha. It is quite close to an amazing beach, don’t forget your snorkeling equipment or buy some, there were many fish, medusas and even octopuses, don’t expect coral reefs tho. Rooms were average, I would rate them as 3 stars, but we were there minimum time. The only "big" downside is the gym. Please, upgrade it. There is nothing there for strenght training. The biggest "one hand" dumbbells were 15 KGs, half of the machines were not working. Overall 4 stars out of 5. Didn’t even try hotel SPA and outside pool, we were on trips around the island or beach all the time. The water in the pool is salty tho, they don’t have fresh water on Mallorca.

I just want to point out that I did not stay at this hotel, so the rating and review I give is solely based on my interaction with the reception staff. I was being picked up outside the mariant park hotel for an excursion. There were two ladies on reception, one with her head in her hands looking very disgruntled and another further away from me who had a lovely smile and seemed very welcoming . As a disabled person I had to go into the reception area in my mobility scooter as i am unable to walk more than a very short distance. Before I had said anything, the first lady looked up at me, rolled her eyes, put her hand on her head. She looked like the whole world was on top of her . She sighed and greeted me as if she really did not want to see me at all. I politely asked if there was any chance that I could park my mobility scooter outside the building somewhere and I explained that an excursion company was picking me up from outside the hotel and I was unable to take my mobility scooter. I also explained that I could walk only a short distance with my walking stick. I was met with a very cold answer and told that not even hotel customers are allowed to park their mobility scooters outside. The thing is, I respect that because I am not staying at the hotel, I am not allowed to do so. That's why I asked permission. If they allowed me to do so, it would have been a bonus . I come to sillot several times a year. I have stayed at a few hotels over the past years. This year im in brisa marina. I have always seen your hotel and thiught it looked lovely and i considered coming to stay and hopefully be a returning customer. However, with the icy cold, can't be arsed welcome that I got from the lady at reception, I won't even give the hotel a chance . It's such a shame. This is my 5th visit to sillot this year and I've never been met with such bad manners and contempt while my many years staying in sillot . The problem wasn't the mobility scooter parking...even though it was a bit tricky finding a place to park it safely. The problem was the staff!

The beds were horrible and the pillows to, but we made the best of it. The room was nice size and dlthe airconditioning was realy good. Nice size balcon. Hotel staff was verry friendly and helpfull. The food was not my favorite but there was enough choice for everybody.. The animation team was not my cup of tea but they realy did there best!!!. Many things to do!!

The hotel is clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. The building itself requires some renovation. The disadvantage is the weak animations aimed at French and German guests.Possibility of using the outdoor pool in the evening at your own risk - brightly illuminated. The food is not very expressive for me, you often have to season it yourself and it's hard. The advantage is a large amount of fruit that is ripe and sweet.
