Tygodniowy urlop z TUI. Pokój mały ale dobrze urządzony. Mało wieszaków ale można poprosić panią sprzątającą o więcej. W mini lodówce wino musujące i 2 butelki wody gratis :o). Wyżywienie bardzo dobre. Obiadokolacje z dużym wyborem dań dla każdego (dlugie spodnienie nie są wymagane) . Napoje do wyboru płatne. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy. Najlepsze miejsca do opalania i wypoczynku są w ogrodzie na trawie pod drzewami. Leżak najlepiej wcześniej ustawić w wybranym miejscu. Przejście na plażę przez furtkę na kartę. Przejście na piaszczystą część dna morza przez gładkie kamienie (buty niekonieczne). Autobusy do Ciutadelli 72 i Mahon 71 sprzed hotelu. Przejazd 5.20 EUR gotówką. Supermarket bardzo blisko hotelu. Promenada wzdłuż linii brzegowej warta odwiedzenia. Na dachu przyjemny bar i basenik z widokiem. Na lewo od hotelu ścieżka wzdłuż linii brzegowej po klifie warta odwiedzin. Przy wyjeździe naliczana opłata klimatycza ok. 50 EUR za tydzień. Kaucja za ręcznik plażowy 10 EUR. Najlepiej pokój na wyższym piętrze z widokiem na las. Śniadanie 8, Obiadokolacja 18:30. HOTEL WART POLECENIA.

After reading some negative comments before our trip, I was a little worried about our stay, but honestly, this hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean with a really relaxed vibe throughout. The range of food at all meal times was incredible – there was always something delicious to choose from. We had absolutely no problems with flies in the restaurant, which I’d seen some people mention, and the Aircon worked perfectly throughout our stay, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The pool area was beautiful, with easy access for everyone regardless of age or ability, and plenty of space to relax. We never had any problems getting a sun lounger either – there were always ample loungers available and no feeling of having to rush out early to reserve one. The town itself is very quiet, which suited us perfectly, and it was only a short walk to a lovely little beach. There’s also a pharmacy literally a stone’s throw away, and their service was outstanding – great peace of mind if you ever need anything. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single member was so friendly and attentive. We also hired a daybed on the roof terrace, which felt so bougie and was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The evening entertainment was varied, so there was something to suit everyone’s taste. We pre-booked our room using the app and had a Sea View on the top floor, which meant we benefited from the evening sun and stunning sunsets every night. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

I have recently returned from my holiday and was completely disappointed with this hotel. The holiday was sold to me via TUI and a big emphasis was that the hotel would deliver a TUIBLUE fitness platform. Lots of varied fitness classes everyday with a reputable qualified fitness instructor. This was the reason I booked the holiday. On day two, the instructor did not arrive for 2 of the classes (a holiday maker ended up taking a yoga class!!) - no explanation given by the staff as to why the instructor didn't turn up. On day 3, all the fitness classes were cancelled for the rest of the week. The TUI Reps were very guarded with any explanation as to why all the fitness classes had been cancelled. I booked this holiday purely on the basis of all the fitness/hiking etc. that was promised. The holiday cost me more than I would normally pay but in view of how it was sold to me and indeed advertised, I was happy to pay but it absolutely did not deliver and I ended up on a holiday that I certainly would never, ever book. When I put in a complaint to TUI, I was offered a mere £50 compensation - the holiday itself for half board cost almost £1500.00 for one week.

Back a few days from a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel… way exceeded expectations… The hotel is in a beautiful position with gorgeous beach within waking distance in a quiet resort.. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the staff is outstanding… every department excelled… it must be very well managed , as a good team is evidence of this.. special shout out to the animation team who were so lovely and so good at what they do… and also to David the fitness instructor… such a wide range of activities and classes on offer… felt lucky to have this expertise in a hotel setting.. amazing!! The rooms were good, ours was quiet at the back overlooking the pine trees .. Only minor point but not much storage but that wasn’t too much of a problem… will bring less stuff next time.. Food also fantastic … great choice and beautifully presented… Can’t wait to return!
