Really enjoyed my stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Lusail. The staff were extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They always place the needs of the guests first…hallmarks of a true luxury hotel. I was well looked after by everyone. Some of the team members I remember were Sangeeta (reception), Kat (concierge), Vishal (concierge), Mahesh, and Htun (Scarpetta restaurant). Keep up the good work guys, and thanks so much. The hotel itself was lavish, well maintained, and had it’s own private beach. The hotel was within a 5 minute walking distance of the Place Vendome Mall, and other major attractions were easily accessible by quick uber rides. It was lovely to get a sea view upgrade on the room. This is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my international trips. l strongly recommend it.

My stay at this hotel was truly an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable experience.

We came to celebrate my son’s birthday with close friends, but unfortunately, we had to wait at the reception of By Water Restaurant for quite some time, even though I had called twice to confirm our reservation for the Texas BBQ night. It was embarrassing, especially since the restaurant was quite full. Thankfully, we were still given a table despite the confusion. I requested to speak with the manager to address my concerns, as this experience left a poor first impression—especially since we came to dine in for the experience and celebration. The manager I spoke with was calm and apologetic. I explained to him that Mohamed was the one who took my call and assisted me with my reservation and inquiries. He assured me that he would look into the matter. I also observed that the staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests. For example, when we requested high chairs for our two kids, it took a long time for them to arrive. To be fair, I’d like to share the positives as well. The quality and selection of food were very good, and the ambiance was great. Despite how busy the staff were, they remained attentive—especially Tina and Jinky. They were awesome and helped turn our experience around, making it a fun and memorable dining evening.
