Overall we had a good stay however there are a number of frustrating to point out which let the hotel down: - I email on booking for the bed to be double & for a cot, this request was confirmed but on arrival neither were completed. Therefore had to wait longer for the room. - We stayed in 551, the bath tray was too small for the shower so anytime we had a shower the bathroom floor got soaked & we had to use a minimum of 2 towels to mop up the floor. - The air conditioning is set in the room & even if you turn it off it still stays on, we asked for this to be turned off 4 nights in a row as we had a 11 month old baby & she was developing a cold everyday the air conditioning was on but this request landed on deaf ears every time even though we were told it had been done. We were glad to leave as on the final night she had a very dry hoarse cough! - On arrival we found out the outdoor pool & children’s pool wasn’t open, opening on 12th April. Frustrating however that being said, the weather wasn’t great. Therefore you would think that all indoor pool facilities would be available but the sauna was only available from 3-7pm & the hot tub didn’t bubble. - On one occasion we were in the family pool & a group were in the pool area playing ridiculously loud rap music which was completely inappropriate & no staff member seemed to ask them to turn it off. The group managed to clear the pool area by playing this with no care for anyone else. - I would not recommend St Paul’s Bay, there isn’t much around the hotel & the main area is underdevelopment with cranes everywhere. There is a bus stop outside the hotel so great access to the rest of the island, the staff were pleasant & I couldn’t fault the food.

The food was very delicious and good all the staff was very friendly and co operative the serve name padam sonam jayanti kala bharati and karan all doing well the environment is supper cool we are happy to choose this restaurant we gave five star

The bartenders are on their A game! As a solo traveler, I enjoy the views while sipping on a nice cocktail. I ran out of my mimosa and was nicely approached with another one, with zero request. The level of awareness is phenomenal. 10/10 recommend
