Hi, the venue is beautiful with nice access to the beach. Lots of pools. Front desk service is poor, and rude. Needs improvement. No access to cold minibars. they came to "repair" several times but nothing was actually fixed. However, room cleaning services provided by Moustapha were great. Nice place overall.

Nice hotel, unfortunately let down by staff. Took 1 hour to check in with only 3 people in front of us. Waited 2 hours for a bath towel when we realised there was only 1 towel, waited 10 minutes for a drink when sitting on tables near the bar. Breakfast was so so, hardly any choice. Heated swimming pool was nice and beach was right on your doorstep. Rooms are big and clean. Wouldn’t return as I felt staff didn’t appreciate you being there, felt like they didn’t want to be there, hence that showed in customer service. Maybe management need to look at this.
