Preskil Island Resort

Very poor hospitality. Cheap attitude towards resident client. Only one barman working on a bar to serve during the day. Waiting period of 15-20 min for a drink. Very cheap delaying tactic. Very nice place though and clean. But Mauritian are being treated last.

The resort is beautiful. The view of the ocean, white sand, montains and island are stunning. The water is clear and warm. The rooms are spacious and decent. The biggest issue I had with this resort was the food. Nothing we ate tasted nice. It was soo dissapointing. We've stayed at Beachcombers and Attitude resorts before and the food was amazing. We literally ate for fuel, I cant comment on the other 2 restuarants on site as I didnt visit them but the main buffet was really bad. Taste your food before you serve it. Theres never enough salt or flavour.

We took a day package to celebrate the birthday of my son n also to spend quality time with the family. The hotel staffs are incredibly friendly, welcoming n helpful throughout our journey. I am grateful to the leisure team named: Adriano, Jerry, Chloe, Megane, Sefora, Lorie, Paul for making my son's birthday so unique n special. Thanks also to the whole management n security team, Spa, Housekeeping, F&B team. Keep it up👍
