Riu Caribe

I had an excellent stay at the hotel in April. Everything exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and offered a good variety. The environment was clean, peaceful, and very relaxing. The service was also top-notch—staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Fabulous recently refurbed hotel. Rooms are huge & well equipped. Great view from balcony although our balcony was small (on one of the arms of the hotel). Public areas & 3 pools all amazing. Paradise beach at the end of the pool areas. Sun beds& coffee tables could do with a daily wash -often sticky from day before. Staff all hard working and happy to help. Food great for breakfast & lunch & snacks. Dinners not so wow but always something to eat. Loved the Asian restaurant.Easy to get into Cancun town if required. Would definitely recommend - & return again!! Thank you for an amazing holiday!

I had the most amazing time at Hotel Riu Caribe. The atmosphere, the service, cleanliness was A+. The quality of the food could improve it was not the best and a bit inconsistent, the heat lamps for the food were way too hot, so even if something was cooked well (like the fish, for example) it was dried out by the time you would get it. Even though the food was just okay, it did not have a negative impact on my stay whatsoever. That was definitely not the most important thing to me, so i was fine with it. The parties were amazing and I love the whole Riu party structure and Riu hotel experience. We participated in water zumba, we hung out by the pool bar, went down to the beach. This trip was the perfect balance of a good time and relaxing vacation. 10/10 would go back!
