Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort

Very beautiful resort - not the newest but the condition was very well kept and clean. The staff was excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. Don't skip breakfast as it's very good. The in house restaurant was also very good - chefs were very good making Thai food.

Phenomenal resort for the family! Excellent service, food, drinks and kids activities. Had a wonderful time with our 9 and 3 year old. Special mentions to chef Vivek, Utsah, Mickey, Marat and Anis. Thanks for making our stay so memorable. Already planning our next visit!

The hotel lacks in their hospitality, with a very arrogant staff all around the property specially OPLE from the breakfast restaurant, the property is highly highly overpriced and they charge you 10% service charge for the service which they are not even giving. Overall a very bad experience by Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, they served us a piece of small cake for our Anniversary which was stale and smelly.

Perfect hotel. Excellent service. There is nothing to do near the hotel within walking distance. But a 20 minute drive to Patong Beach. A perfect hotel for rest and relaxation We were on November 24 for a whole week. was perfect Without a doubt we will return to the hotel again even though it was a bit remote .

Resort is built on a steep hill. Most rooms have wonderful sea view as a result. It can be tough to hike up but many golf carts are available to shutlle guests up and down the hill. We never waited more than a few minutes. Property is well maintained and looks rather new with courteous and professional staff. F&B is reasonable priced for a resort with quality offerings. We will be happy to be back when in the area.
