Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort

As family with young children, the friendly environment of Hyatt is what made this trip memorable! Our kids enjoyed the conversation with Manager Alex and Brownie, the buggy drivers were all so friendly and Kad from housekeeping team left some lovely notes and towel animals in the room which made the kids very excited. These little things were what made this trip so wonderful for us. Thank you for such wonderful host!

Ms Anis and Ms Zai at the receptionist are really accommodating. Mr Naeem explained well to us the facilities at the hotel. Buggy drivers are friendly and on time. Brownie, Golf and team assist us and our kids well at the dining area. Dining area are spacious and offer halal options. We will definitely will come back here again. Only thing we hope that there is more activities at the big swimming pool.

On assurances by hotel staff that second stay will be better we made the mistake of going again. Rude and Unprofessional senior Management with 2 - 3 Star hotel attitude. Have been traveling worlwide for over 30 years, worst Experience ever.

Love the marine biology center. Nadia is the best and very kind to guide my son to feed the jellyfish and prepare the food. Highly recommend shore walk, which is a great activity for kids to know small ocean animals. We also love breakfast at pool house and happy hour at the Regency Club. Really enjoy our five-night stay at HR Phuket

One of the best resorts. Everything is there in the resort, including spas, club, food. Breakfast buffet has different cuisines like Indian meal, American meal, Thai meal, Japanese meal. Staff is very friendly . Rooms are clean . If in phukeT, do visit this resort
