Departure 1-11 August.
First and foremost, Animators. The animators are
people who made this stay definitely un
unforgettable. The entire animation team did a great job,
bringing a smile to your face more than once. They are people who you
you can see that they don't do it for a living. Also outside of work, in their
leisure time, they do their best to make the guests feel
and they have succeeded in doing so. The following deserve a special mention
from my side deserve 3 people. Eliza, Alicja and Nina.
Eliza and Alicja, apart from taking care of the comfort of the Polish guests, and
leading various games and animations, they also translated the animations carried out by other animators on a regular basis, so that the Polish part of the hotel did not feel excluded by not knowing the languages. They also let themselves be known privately as very nice and positive people from the Rainbow office, with whom it was possible to talk calmly about interests in leisure time. Nina, on the other hand, came across as a very energetic and positive girl, with whom you could easily get along in English and, in addition to encouraging and having fun dancing with others (seriously, she is second to none on the dance floor), you could have a nice time chatting at the billiards, in line at the bar, or on the dance floor (sorry, but I said I can't dance xD). On the plus side for the girls too, they didn't pretend in places like the canteen that they didn't know people and didn't interact with anyone outside of work. On the contrary, I encountered many times how they approached and struck up a conversation on their own.
And now the other part.
The hotel as well as the rooms, very nice, well-kept. The room we had a 3 person bedroom on the ground floor, with a terrace overlooking the pool. With air conditioning
There was no problem with the air conditioning. As for the sunbeds at the
main pool, we had no problem finding one for most of your stay, although it was better to look for one in the morning. The food in the canteen was very good, the staff took care of the smallest details at the meal, making sure nothing was
If something was missing, it was easy to ask for help. What also counts for the hotel is
the opinion of guests, which they checked through anonymous surveys.
Animation, dancing, music every evening. At midday
aerobics and also other activities during the rest of the day, so it was impossible to get bored. It was my first time in Tunisia, so far I have been 2 times in Egypt as far as Africa is concerned, and I dare say that after my stay here, I will think about Tunisia first before considering Egypt. Tunisia and more specifically Djerba turned out to be the better choice, the big difference is also the temperature which is simply more pleasant on the island than on the mainland. As the hotel is located in Tunisia, which was a French colony quite recently, it is most prepared for French guests, but also the Polish language is not unfamiliar to them. There is also a lot of talk about the presence of the largest number of French guests, which is true, but I can safely say that the Poles during our stay were more or less second to them, if not on a par. At the canteen, pool, lobby, anywhere it was simply impossible not to hear someone next to you speak Polish. The Internet, as we checked, was free in the lobby, rooms, in fact in the whole hotel, except for the canteen, where it did not reach. In an enclosed pool, there is cooler water, but in the gym next door, unfortunately, some of the equipment was broken. At the seaside, there is a cue boat every half hour that goes straight from under the hotel to the beach. However, if someone does not have time or prefers to walk, it is not a problem, about 700 metres to walk and we are already there.
All in all, I hope to return there one day ~ Kamil.
Wyjazd 1-11 sierpnia.
Po pierwsze i najważniejsze, Animatorzy. Animatorzy to
osoby, które sprawiły, że ten pobyt zdecydowanie pozostanie
niezapomniany. Cały zespół animacyjny spisał się na medal,
sprawiając nie raz uśmiech na twarzy. To ludzie u których
widać, że nie robią tego za karę. Również poza pracą, w
czasie wolnym, starają się jak mogą by goście czuli się
jak najlepiej i udało im się to. Na szczególne wyróżnienie
z mojej strony zasługują 3 osoby. Eliza, Alicja oraz Nina.
Eliza i Alicja, poza dbaniem o komfort Polskich gości, oraz
prowadzeniu różnych zabaw i animacji, tłumaczyły też na bieżąco animacje prowadzone przez innych animatorów, dzięki czemu Polska część hotelu nie czuła się wykluczona, przez nieznajomość języków. Dały się również prywatnie poznać jako bardzo miłe i pozytywnie nastawione osoby z biura Rainbow, z którymi na spokojnie można było porozmawiać o zainteresowaniach w czasie wolnym. Nina za to dała się poznać jako bardzo energiczna i pozytywnie nastawiona dziewczyna, z którą bez problemu można się dogadać po angielsku i poza zachęcaniem oraz zabawą w tańcu z innymi (poważnie, na parkiecie nie ma sobie równych), można miło było spędzić czas w rozmowie przy bilardzie,
w kolejce przy barze, czy na parkiecie (sory ale mówiłem, że
nie umiem tańczyć xD). Na plus dla dziewczyn również, że nie udawały w miejscach jak np. stołówka, że nie znają się z ludźmi i poza pracą nie kontaktują się z nikim. Wręcz przeciwnie, wielokrotnie spotykałem się z tym jak same podchodziły i nawiązywały rozmowę.
A teraz ta druga część.
Hotel jak i pokoje, bardzo ładne, zadbane. Pokój mieliśmy
3 osobowy na parterze, z tarasem na basen. Z klimatyzacją
problemu nie było. Jeśli chodzi o miejsce na leżakach na
basenie głównym, to przez większość pobytu problemu ze
znalezieniem nie było, choć lepiej już z rana szukać.
Jedzenie na stołówce bardzo dobre, obsługa dbała o
najmniejsze szczegóły przy posiłku, pilnując by nic nie
zabrakło, jeśli jednak czegoś brakowało to bez problemu
można było prosić o pomoc. Dla hotelu również liczy się
opinia gości, którą sprawdzali poprzez anonimowe ankiety.
Codziennie wieczorami animacje, tańce, muzyka. W południe
aerobik, a przez resztę dnia również inne atrakcje, dzięki czemu nie dało się nudzić. W
Tunezji jestem pierwszy raz, do tej pory byłem 2 razy w
Egipcie, jeśli chodzi o Afrykę i śmiem stwierdzić, że
po pobycie tutaj, zanim zastanowię się nad Egiptem, pomyślę najpierw o właśnie Tunezji. Tunezja, a konkretniej Djerba okazała się lepszym wyborem, dużą różnicę robi też temperatura, która na wyspie jest po prostu przyjemniejsza, niż na kontynencie. Hotel jako, że znajduje się w Tunezji, która była kolonią Francuską w całkiem niedawnym okresie, to najbardziej przygotowany jest na gości Francuskich, ale również język Polski nie jest im obcy. Dużo mówi się też o obecności największej liczby gości z Francji, co jest prawdą, ale spokojnie mogę stwierdzić, że Polacy w okresie naszego pobytu byli mniej więcej drugą po nich, jak nie na równi. Na stołówce, basenie, lobby, gdziekolwiek po prostu nie dało się, nie usłyszeć że ktoś obok mówi po Polsku. Internet jak sprawdzaliśmy darmowy w lobby, pokojach, właściwie w całym hotelu, poza stołówką, gdzie akurat nie sięgał. Na basenie zamkniętym przyjemniejsza chłodniejsza woda, ale w siłowni obok, niestety część urządzeń była popsuta. Nad morze, jeździ ciuchcia co pół godziny, która prosto z pod hotelu jedzie na plażę. Jeśli jednak ktoś, nie zdąży lub woli przejść się to żaden problem, około 700 metrów do przejścia i już jesteśmy na miejscu.
Podsumowując liczę, że jeszcze kiedyś tam wrócę ~ Kamil.
