We stayed at ETHNO BELEK and were absolutely delighted! We would especially like to highlight the outstanding work of the assistants Eynal and Amina — they are incredibly attentive, always ready to help, quickly solve any issues, and do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Huge thanks to them for their warmth and professionalism! One of the main advantages of the hotel is the food — it's truly rich and diverse. There's a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste, everything is always fresh, beautifully presented, and very delicious. Everyone will find something they enjoy — from traditional Turkish cuisine to international dishes. It's a big plus, especially for those who appreciate good food. Be sure to try the Italian à la carte restaurant — it’s a real culinary delight! A special thanks to the waiter Furkan — incredibly friendly, fast, always smiling, and genuinely attentive to guests. He really makes the dinner experience extra enjoyable! The hotel grounds already look beautiful, and since the hotel is new and palm trees were only recently planted, it will become greener and more lush with each passing year. You can really see how everything is developing and getting better. Overall, ETHNO BELEK left us with only positive emotions. We will definitely come back again!

Before booking this hotel, I was skeptical due to the limited and mixed reviews, so I wanted to share a detailed review based on my experience. We're currently on day 4 of our 8-day stay. For context, I’ve previously stayed at NG Phaselis, Titanic Mardan, and Rixos Belek, which serve as my benchmarks. Positives: The staff are warm and welcoming. On our first day, while waiting for our room, we were given a tour of the hotel—a thoughtful touch. Most staff greet you with a smile and genuinely try to offer great service. Special shout-out to the indoor cocktail bar team—they’re engaging and even remember your usual drinks. The food is the highlight. It’s among the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive resort. I love to cook and have a good palate, so I was impressed. The Tandoori and Teppanyaki sections shine. The Indian and Asian chefs deserve praise—the food is authentic and flavorful. I can vouch for the authenticity. Other options like pizza are also great, with daily variety. Vegetarians will find plenty of choices. I kept going back to the Indian and Oriental counters, not just for the food but also for the chefs’ hospitality. The waterpark is fun for both adults and kids. The middle pool is heated, and the hotel is nicely scented in main areas. Drinks—alcoholic and non-alcoholic—are premium. Staff are attentive with cleanliness, especially near the beach and pools. The beach view with mountain backdrop is stunning. Sun loungers are incredibly comfortable—more like beds, the best I've seen. Ethno branded towels, robes and amenities add a luxury feel. Negatives: Parts of the hotel feel unfinished. About 75% is high-end, but 25% looks rushed or cheap. The wooden flooring near the beach is uneven and potentially unsafe. Some areas—like the amphitheater and beachside bar—are still under construction. Décor in the main hotel area feels incomplete, which ornaments missing. Small details like bins and hand towels dispenser feel cheap. Door functionality is a problem—some don’t lock well or are awkward, even in restroom. The taps in the room have the hot and cold labels the wrong way round. The sinks feel cheap. The wardrobe and cupboards feel cheap. There’s a lack of signage—you won’t easily find restrooms, restaurants, or the spa in the outside area. Desserts at the buffet aren’t labeled, and the grounds feel a bit basic. The pool design doesn’t reflect a true luxury standard. The main pool isn’t heated, causing crowding in the smaller one. Occasionally, there’s construction noise. The spa, though new, doesn’t feel luxurious, they could have done better here. It's entrance looks unfinished, and the steam room has a poorly placed hot steam vent that could burn your feet as you walk in by the door. Drink ordering is inefficient—no QR codes or buzzers. You often have to go to the bar yourself. There’s no app to check restaurant info or activities. The placement of the table tennis isn't great, it's near the door towards the pool area so lots of people going in and out. Entertainment is limited to nightly performances, usually live bands. While talented, the setlists are repetitive, apart from yesterday where the songs were great and all the crowd were dancing . Spa treatments are overpriced—over £150 for a minute massage. We were quoted nearly £1,000 for two people to have four sessions each, with “discounts” that feel more like bargaining. There’s upselling of photos, parrots, particularly spa packages. As the hotel gets busier, drink service slows down, and orders can be forgotten. It may simply be a case of hiring more staff. Despite the negatives I'm still having a good time. This hotel far exceeds any other in Turkey for food.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are fantastic - Samet, Gizem and skater captain Merve are absolutely brilliant. Tend to every need, regularly come round with drinks, so times without even asking what more can you ask for when relaxing in the sun! Thank you x
