Avoid!
Avoid at all costs! The pictures online are heavily retouched and completely misleading. The hotel looks nothing like what is advertised. Swimming Pool: It’s in the shade all day, making it uninviting and cold. Rooms & Interiors: Everything is old, worn down, and smells of damp. Service: Staff, especially at reception, were rude. I was denied all-inclusive water for my room simply because the receptionist was alone. Food: Absolutely unacceptable! Lunch consisted of two-day-old chicken from a previous dinner. It was inedible and concerning for food safety. This place is a massive disappointment. Save your money and book somewhere else!
