I had an amazing trip with 6 of my best friends. We had a great time just relaxing and having a fun time at the beautiful hotel. We really liked the staff. The team was always on point and never disappointed. Always friendly, always friendly and well aware of the guest‘s wishes. No matter if breakfast, afternoon or evening. Just as you would expect it from a good hotel. Especially we want to thank Eda, who was always there for us in the morning and took care and in the evening we loved Birsen‘s cocktails and her perfect Espresso Martini. You guys rock! Just an overall 10/10 and a lot of good memories from a 10 day experience.

Hotel was clean, staff welcoming and food was great. No complaints at all, never seen a hotel with so many activities on offer but an overall relaxed atmosphere. They made my birthday so memorable with rose petals and decorated towels in our room, a dinner table decorated with flowers and an extra cake with sparklers and candles!

Awful hotel run by awful people. Front desk staff rude and aggressive. When they were told something was wrong... it was your fault no matter the issue . We were told upon check in we had 1 trip to land of legends and 1 a la carte . He booked us in then and there .. to find 1/2 an hour before dinner they left a note [ in german ] in our room that they had cancelled the reservation . No reason why... to be confronted by 4 members of staff denying they booked us in for the dinner ?? Poor management to show . Really bad entertainment.l like butlins without the job satisfaction. Singers were rotten . Food very repetitive. Nothing new at all. Very German/ Russian geared. Pools generally clean except for the seaguls and cats coming for a drink .. CATS - there is a small family of cats . PLEASE PLEASE either home these or treat them properly. Covered in fleas. Malnourished and needing veterinary attention one had its jaw half hanging off . Was reported to staff . Not a jot given . Won't be back thoroughly disappointed 😕

We have stayed at both Rixos hotels and Magic Life hotels in the past so we were expecting a good experience from our 10 night stay at this hotel. Unfortunately this is nowhere near the quality of either hotel brands it is named after. We were greeted when we arrived and shown to our deluxe double room with inland view which actually overlooked the hotel entrance and shops across the road. Room was huge and cleaned daily by the lovely Sabria. Food was very average never very warm and a very low key dining experience. Waiting staff were very casually dressed throughout all mealtimes not what you expect from a five star hotel. Seats in the downtown resteraunt needed cleaning as did all the seating around the main bar and the sunbeds were the same. The entertainment was non existent just the same blaring music day and night. Considering about 70% of guests were over 40 years of age there was nothing for them other than the odd animation team show, dancing to backing tracks followed by the same songs in pretty much the same order played by two djs who liked very loud basey music not the great entertainment programme that was advertised. Trying to relax while laying on the sunbed was impossible due to the constant rattling trolleys back and forth the bars and restaurants every 15 minutes which sounded like a train pulling into a station. If you're expecting 5 star service and quality this is far off the mark. Never had to pay extra for premium brand drinks until this hotel local brand drinks weren't great and the house wines were awful. Very disappointing would not return.

Great hotel, clean , tidy, excellent state of repair, Rooms are huge, fully air conned, bed must be a queen size, shower is awesome, nice seating area. Fridge in room, few drinks free then u have to pay for them. Food is excellent, spoilt for choice. Local beer is fine as is the wine, As for the hotel staff, they cant do enough for you, polite, helpful and attentive, a credit to the hotel.
