Broncemar Beach

Świetne miejsce! Pyszne jedzenie, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo mili pracownicy, czyściutki pokój, byliśmy już z mężem w wielu miejscach i to nas mile zaskoczyło! W dniu przyjazdu zostaliśmy mile zaskoczeni i otrzymaliśmy pokój o podwyższonym standardzie! 🙃🙃 bardzo dziękujemy zwłaszcza paniom na recepcji! Polecam

firstly we stayed for 10 days sc in a superior deluxe upper with private terrace, nothing deluxe about it, just a standard apartment which could do with updating, very basic, 2, pots, 1, frying pan, 1 large bowl for mixing a salad etc, 1 small vegetable knife, 1 bread knife, a few bits of cutlery, a cupboard with a few dishes & 4 tall glasses, private terrace is private in the fact that it’s yours to use & nobody else uses it, it is not private for privacy!!! Others can see onto it , can only speak for number 347 , had the sun until 2/3 pm daily then it was lost due to other apartments in front of & to the side of you, small jail like windows in the lounge need a covering on them, we could see into the apartment opposite us directly into their lounge & vice versa !! Wi-Fi is not worth trying to connect to!! duvets were new but the white bedding is definitely needing changed!! Sheets clean but pillow cases & duvet covers had that old over used yellowish stains , shower was excellent, bathroom modern & very clean , maid service the best I’ve seen anywhere, beds very comfortable ( if you like a hard mattress) all staff very friendly, can not comment on food or entertainment, perfect location for everything but not for us as mid 50’s couple

Our third stay at Broncemar, but first time all inclusive. Fantastic location with bars, restuarants, shops and the beach all within 5 minutes walk. We booked 2 delux rooms with Jet2 and having stayed there previously I emailed Broncemar direct and requested 2 rooms next to each other and ones that had the sun all day. When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised that we had one room upgraded to a premium room. Both rooms, delux 228 (ground floor) and premium 2229 (1st floor) faced out onto the street and had the sun all day, and an easy walk to the pool, bar and restuarant. A safe in both rooms at an extra cost. Our first time ever all inclusive so haven't got anything to compare against, there was a good choice of food, buffet style in the restuarant and chefs cook meats while you wait as well. Only 2 cocktails available on AI but others can be purchased for 3 euros instead of 6. Rooms were lovely and clean and cleaners came in everyday except the first and last days. All the staff were pleasant. Evening entertainment was aimed mainly at the kids from what we saw, but we did venture out most evenings. The only niggle we had was nothing to do with the hotel or staff but other guests! Some parents thinking it acceptable to let their kids run around screeching and jumping on the sofas while other people are eating! And a few guests thinking it's acceptable to put their towles out on sunbeds as early as 10.30pm the night before! Would stay again.

We arrived on a Thursday and were given room 119.It was away from the pool and appeared to be in a quiet part of the hotel.The bar next door is closed on Thursdays. The bar opened at 4pm the next day. The bar is literally 20 feet from room 119,the noise from the person singing was incredible.There was going to be karaoke and bingo all evening,every evening. We went to reception to change rooms,they said the hotel was full,which I very much doubt.We said we would check out and reluctantly they gave us another room.This room was never cleaned or the towels changed in the 5 days we were there. The hotel is right under the flight path and the first flight in, every morning arrives at about 7am. At least the weather was nice

Broncemar Beach suites Spent a week here, when I first arrived I was surprised at how nice and Boho the main area looked but also great quick arrival being close to airport. However when I went on to the room, I was disappointed at first with a faint smell of sewage and some construction items out the back. Also right on flight path so at first felt very loud, However I spoke to reception who sprayed the room and they advised they would move us the next day when a room become available. BUT after they treated the room, it turned out that I didn't need to move, and I went on to have a great week and lovely sleeps. The room was huge and beds are large and comfortable. I would struggle with the cieling fan in summer as its super loud. but as it's January I didn't have use it. . Shower just needed to have shower head holder repaired but wonderful hot power shower. Great size fridge and lovely size balcony. Great extra having a clothes house on each balcony to dry swim wear. The rooms were cleaned 5 times in our 7 night stay which was great. Beds were made, floors mopped and fresh towels. The food at first I felt it was laking but as the week went on it got better and better. By the end of the week I look back pleasantly on lovely meals I had. Some really interesting food options and we always had something to eat, the duck was 5*. Really enjoy the alot of the dishes. Smoothies and omelettes. The pool area was great, both pools were a nice size and was a lovely area. Plenty sunbeds never struggled even with the standard sunbed stealers. Great music around the pool and the heated pool made such a difference to my son, great as u could spend ages in there. Kids water area was lovely. Great entertainment staff. The main bar was lovely. Very modern and comfortable, staff seemed short staffed so service was slow but that was fine as gje other bar made up for it. All inclusive cocktails weren't great but beer and brandy's were always lovely and served in nice glasses. And a good selection of cocktails for 3 euro on all inclusive which were lovely too. So all in all great selection. I only had one real issue with the hotel and that was the games room, my son wanted to hang there but it wasn't cleaned and full of spilt ice cream, dirt, rubbish and everything was broken, all the machine, the cues, the tv, everything was bad. It was disappointing as the rest of hotel is so clean. All in all a great stay, authentic hotel entertainment. Clean modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Nice food and great location to access shops and beach. We had a great time. Thank you :)
