First time visit and it was great. We opted for the Emblem package which was added perks such as the extras on drinks menu and also use of the exclusive restaurant. The staff are great on the whole complex and the accommodation is also up to a great standard. Food was great for the week, the only thing I would mention is that it was quite repetitive but that’s normal in a lot of all inclusive. Supermarket at the back of the complex offsite which is great for any other bits you might have forgot. All in all we was really pleased and would definitely return

Pros - Location very near from airport. Entertainment and on-site activities good for young kids. Really good classes for adults especially the Pilates and Yoga for adults. Gym opening times are great. Staff are so helpful and really hard workers especially the entertainment staff, they are always smiling. Bungalow was cleaned every day. Restaurant on site which is so handy.m but be prepared to pay more for chocolate, crisps and toiletries, bakery is cheap. Indoor sauna and pool is really nice but they charge for this! The dunes is breathtaking and only a 15 min walk! Taxi’s are cheap. Bedroom was a good size and lots of room in the cupboards. There’s a kettle in the room and tea/coffee sachet. Bfast choices were really good and set you off for the day. Make sure you visit the Ikai/yoga part of the resort, it’s so so peaceful and relaxing. Cons: Gran Canaria is windy so although the temperature is warm expect winds which is annoying when you want to sunbathe. The quality got evening meals was really poor and tasteless. It wasn’t fresh as you can clearly see the veg was from the night before and I complained twice but didn’t see much improvement. There definitely needs to be tighter control at nighttime as visitors get so drunk that they make a mess and allow their kids to go up and down and it’s not appealing when arrive as a late eater and it’s so messy. There needs to be staff at the buffets watching visitors and perhaps only let them go up twice as there was a lot of food waste, would we do that if we were paying for individual items? Also, it doesn’t get stocked up as much, so if you’re a late eater (7:30- 8pm onwards) then expect to have leftovers. The deserts were stale, perhaps have less choice and more quality. The prices at the spa were expensive in comparison to what we would normally expect. It’s 10 euros to use the indoor poor and sauna which I didn’t expect to pay, they need to make that clear and haven’t previously at other resorts. The area is nice but very touristy. Not a resort I would visit again as an adult looking for peace and quality food but good for young families, location and on-site activities.

An amazing time here. The animation team were wonderful and so much fun. The entertainment was brilliant. Food 100 percent. Accommodation perfect. Mireia was my favourite entertainer. Definitely come here………………//……………………………………………….
