Such a nice week just me and my boyfriend! Training facilities were awesome, big spaces and with all the necessary equipment, fresh and big enough gym, good training schedule and variety of classes and great solution with the app for booking in advance. Weather was fantastic for outdoor workouts in November. Really good CrossFit area and classes! Best Padel coach Laurent who held classes and tournaments every day for all levels. As we were approximately the same participants in the Padel classes and tournaments during this same week we all (including Laurent) became friends too so it was really fun and both me and my boyfriend became much better players just in one week too. The pool area was good and quite big, no fighting over sun beds like in some resorts. The hotel itself was okey, the breakfast and dinner was okey. Not bad at all but not wow, but we expected that with the price. Very good pizza every night on the buffet! The paid lunch in the same restaurant was really nice though! Rooms were big and convenient. The only thing we would change though is the lightning, the lightning bulbs almost everywhere (in the rooms, restaurant etc) were in cold tone and not warm. So, it felt a bit ”hospital like” sometimes especially since it becomes dark outside pretty early in the evening. The restaurant should have more outdoor seatings (non reservable) because we rarely got a place outside as there were big training groups there at the same time time who allocated almost all the tables outside almost every night… Really liked the grocery store inside the hotel where you could get food and drinks for you room almost anytime :)

Nice hotel with good areas for practicing diferent type of sports (Football, Volleyball, Tennis, CrossFit, Padel, Spinning, etc..) All coaches really cool. Padel coach experienced and with quality lessons. He made our holidays!!! We will come back for sure. Thank you

I had a Premium Apartment with pool view, breakfast was good. Nice staff and quiet place. Sun, pool, padel, gim, crossfit, everything was perfect. Not many entertainment near the hotel. Not far away from the airport, only 20-30 minutes. I wil be back soon.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL VIA JET2.COM! We are the first customers of jet2 to stay at this hotel. It was sold to us as a recently renovated hotel that has just reopened. Arrived at Gran Canaria airport and the Jet2 reps didn't have our booking! Arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and the hotel didn't have our booking either. Two phone calls to the 24/7 Jet2 helpline and the hotel still didn't get the correct reservation. Found the staff on the helpline really unhelpful. Was told by the hotel we would need to book a room via the Servatur app! After bursting into tears the receptionist took pity on us and gave us a room. We were told the rooms had been renovated by Jet2 bit the studio room we had was shabby and old and certainly wasn't refurbished. The air con made a drilling noise. We were moved to a different room and although the same shabby and old vibe the air con was quieter. Totally disgusted with Jet2. The first night of our holiday has been ruined. There is no Jet2 rep for this hotel - you only have the helpline if you have any queries. Eli in reception us super helpful and tried to make the best of our difficult situation. We have a bed for tonight (thanks to Eli) and been told to go to reception in the morning for an update!

Nefasto, servicio de limpieza muy pésimo, servicio de mantenimiento inexistente, servicio de comidas malo, trato negativo. Ni volveré ni lo recomendare. Le han metido un lavado de cara malísimo y a subir precios, es como comprar en los chinos.
