Melia Jardines del Teide

Mostly inclusive…this is a good hotel however be aware that there is very limited high end restaurants and the al a carte is 50 % discounted whether you have paid for everything or not. You can visit the Italian on ‘The Level’ upgrade but only twice (tbh that’s enough) and you can have high end food like lobster but at an additional cost of course hence it’s mostly included! One other niggle is the quality of spirits which are not top shelf it has to be said, example I asked for a Jamesons whiskey (middle shelf in my view) and despite having their top package cost me an additional 9 euros. (The fab staff wrote this off at checkout because they are great people). One other issue to be mindful of is the over demand for the level breakfast, way too many having access and staff are overwhelmed, consequence 50 mins and still no food served ( but there is a buffet, your choice )! On the up side the main restaurant was very good and the staff are top quality. Worth a visit, yes but this review is just making you aware and so you don’t get frustrated !

Buffet breakfast is available in main restaurant self service We had partial board There is no option to change dinner option to lunch (We had friends staying in Adeje area and joined them for dinner outside of hotel -hence our reason to swap options lunch instead of dinner) -there will be a charge This option was available in other Melia Hotels but not here Lunch is 30 euro pp However it is a great hotel Lots of steps but plenty lifts Swimming pools great We had no problem with sunbeds plenty available and great towels Lots of activities were available during our stay aqua aerobics Pilates’s etc Access to street/beach is at pool area via Pico Negro Restaurant We found WiFi very slow

Stayed for a week with crowd of friends and we all had the most fantastic time. The staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming, keep an eye out Isel , Angelica and Julian, could not do enough for you. Pool was fabulous, food and bars 10 out of 10. We all hope to return in 2025. For a perfect break look no further. ☀️

What an amazing first stay at this hotel , the staff are incredible , the hotel is stunning , as are the grounds . The staff here , are absolutely incredible. Literally nothing is too big or too small for them , so attentive and wonderful . I Would most certainly like to mention in particular three members of staff here that have gone nothing but above and beyond for us . Patrick, Toni and mar, you guys are an absolute credit to the team at this hotel, such wonderful people , the three of you . And the fact we are now part of the circle family makes us extremely happy . The way it was all explained to us with no pressure what so ever , was already a done deal for us . The perks and benefits of it are fantastic . We really do look forward to seeing you guys each and every year here . Made my partners birthday the most special occasion for her and for that, we couldn’t be any more grateful, Thankyou so much. See you next year xx

Visited for my birthday week, what an amazing place. The staff are absolutely amazing and will go out of their way. No request is to large including the 50 balloons my partner had them blow up. Whist here we was introduced to the circle. Mar, Toni and Patrick made the week one we will never forget. We are absolutely thrilled to be a part of the family. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for the most incredible stay.
