The hotel was lovely and the staff were all amazing. Everyone of the staff cannot do enough for you. We love the Melia brand and have stayed in their hotels in different countries. The food in the Italian was gorgeous and the Level lounge and all of the benefits is always a plus. Pool areas were beautiful.

The resort is set into the hillside on many levels with beautiful greenery, with lifts provided to move levels without too much stress. It is set back from the beach, a 16 minute walk downhill, a little harder coming back up obviously. Food and service are first class, we paid extra to stay at The Level, which includes separate pool and access the Lounge, complete with complimentary food and drinks all day, personally I found it well worth the extra price. PROS. Great hotel with excellent service Warm pools Interesting many levels and beautiful sea views CONS Be aware of the 'Circle' greeting straight after you check in, it's a sales pitch,offering various extras, to attend the 90min meeting, it's your choice, but I don't expect a hard sell on arrival! Entertainment 7.30 till 11pm Great if you want it but nowhere to escape if you don't, even in your room. So can be noisy.

Superb Hotel worth the 5 stars. Stayed In Level Suite. Nothing was too much trouble from the time we arrived until the minute we left. We travel a lot and only review when we feel well deserved. Housekeeping team , Lobby Bar team as well as Breakfast team all outstanding. Thankyou Meliá We will be back!

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. We thought it would be good, but it even beat our expectations The staff were all friendly and smiley. The food was excellent, and the resort was as spick and span. We stayed on the Level, in a junior suite with ocean view. We have done a lot of travelling over the years, both U.K. and abroad and we both reckon this is the best hotel & resort we have ever stayed in. Thank you all. We will be coming back.
