Nest Style Zanzibar

Das Hotel ist klein und genau das macht den Charme aus. Man kennt nach kurzer Zeit die Gäste und gerade wenn man allein unterwegs ist, ist es sehr einfach Kontakte zu bekommen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und im industrial Style mit afrikanischen Elementen gehalten. Vor jedem Zimmer ist ausreichend Sitzgelegenheit. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, ansonsten ist das Essen sehr lecker. Das gesamte Team einschließlich des Managements sind toll und sorgen dafür, dass es einem gut geht. Sehr großzügig und bemerkenswert sind die kostenlose Ausflüge morgen Hotel aus (Fahrt mit einer Dhau und Besuch im Village). Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen und an alle die meckern: wir sind Afrika!

Absolutely beautifull but otherwise the worst experience ever. Normale we do write reviews but in this case we would like to inform other travellers. Most, not all of the Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. My wife was urged , although sick in bed, to make both rooms vacant after two nights (while fam. On snorkelling trip) during 5 nights stay. Unannounced and no asking politely but ordering to pack for five within the hour. Electricity issue in one of the rooms was sorted only by turning AC off, after reporting various times it was still not working with AC set below 26deg, we were promised it to be solved, but no one ever showed. So we had to find solution in leaving AC at 26 with minimum fan. At breakfast, every day shortage of coffee/ tea cups. Asking staff for cups, they tell you yes and disappear. Towels in room where removed but not replaced, took 2 walks to the reception to finally have some showering towels Asked for the manager but he ignored us. The place is as beautiful as in the pictures, no doubt, but is just very poorly managed.

Was really good and great service and very quiet and respectful to everyone. But … suddenly the big family came to celebrate maybe around 20 people and was feeling like we were in someone’s party who rented all hotel . Probably they were family of the owner or manager but it was very disrespectful to other visitors 😡 they were very loud and annoying ( not kids ) and they ate on the swimming pool just in the water . The party was till 1 am and it was terrible … unfortunately the end of vacation was not peaceful and relaxing

Bardzo dobry, pięknie położony hotel. Śliczna plaża, pokoje z bocznym widokiem na morze. Przyjemne baseny. Obsługa bardzo miła, kelnerzy uczynni. Sprzątanie codziennie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, dania z karty smaczne i w przystępnych cenach. Drinki kolorowe. Niczego nam nie brakowało. W hotelu dostępne gratis rowery oraz rejsy łodzią. Przed hotelem taxi. Mały sklep oraz mała restauracja 100 m od hotelu. Możliwość dokupienia all inclusive w recepcji hotelu oraz przedłużenia doby za dopłatą w dniu wyjazdu.

Bardzo nie polecam hotelu!! Ostatniego dnia przed wylotem po porannym sprzątaniu SKRADZIONO mi perfum z blatu szafki. Po zgłoszeniu tego obsłudze nic z tym nie zrobiono. Gdy dodałam negatywną opinie na Google, dostałam odpowiedź, że rzekomo ja z moim partnerem źle się zachowywaliśmy (rzekomo każdy dzień spędzaliśmy pijani). Szkoda, że osoba która napisała tą odpowiedź nie wie, że ja i mój partner jesteśmy osobami, które alkoholu nie piją i o godzinie 21:00 chodziliśmy codziennie spać. P.S. Nie znalazłam w walizce perfumu także nie mam za co przepraszać. Za to WY za swoje zachowanie, które obraża mnie i mojego partnera - POWINNIŚCIE PRZEPROSIĆ.
