Driving to the hotel at night made an awesome impression. It's one of the most gorgeous hotel we've been to. Coming inside, you'll feel the scale and grandeur from the massive chandelier to the tiles. Great welcome by Kamila during check-in last Jan25 night. Her manager also got us a family room (interconnected room) for the 5 of us. Concierge was also helpful in keeping the knafeh chocolates in their fridge which we had delivered via deliveroo. Housekeeping kindly brought us beach slippers when we requested for it. Have all the necessary facilities like the kids club, beach, cabanas, table tennis, yoga, bicycles, beach volleyball and 3 different types of pool. One is for adult only and the family is warmer than the 2. All beach chairs comes with coolers with free water bottles which is a nice touch. Welcome gawha and cny dates chocolates during cny was very thoughtful. Rooms have quality bed, linens, pillows, fixtures, coffee machines and all the necessities. Claude was particularly helpful in getting our bags during checkout.

Great hotel, excellent location and food was great. Gym is also well equipped. Ask for higher room as view is obviously better. The only negative feedback I have is that the AC and light panels emit a light all night and there is no way to turn them off, unless you cover them with clothes (which is what I did). Ambient light is pretty bad for sleep , so I hope they can fix those panels so they shut down.

Such a beautiful hotel , specially the lobby . Our room is just as beautiful and huge overlooking the mandarin oriental hotel and the presidential palace . Our room is located on the 30 floor , so you can see the corniche The sunrise and the sunset. The room has a huge bath tub 😊 and everything you need. The main restaurant served different choices as you can expect on buffet breakfast . Good choices . The only criticism I would say is the service is hit and missed . We are ex hotelier and used to worked and lived in this country , so we expected a 5⭐️ service which we didn’t really get . The hotel is all inclusive but we opted for just breakfast as we prefer to dine in different hotels in Abu Dhabi. Few occasion whilst signing g the bill in our room , I was abruptly asked if I have a deposit , the way she could find out is she should checked the guest room number and I believed she would have known, nevertheless upon complaining the guest relation manager apologised and send us complimentary flowers and some cakes . The pool needs some TLC , chip tiles all round different pool and my daughter found a wire whilst she was in the pool also you don’t get the sun around the pool due to the hotel blocking it . The best place is the beach . We received good services in the pool area and in the people’s cafe and the worst one is the concierge Mohammed , everything to him seems hard worked and negative . He told my husband to go to Khalidiya to post our postcard and then told me to buy my own abaya if I want to visit the mosque as they do no provide abaya in the hotel . This place needs to improved in terms of service .
