Atlantis The Royal

Abu nub made this experience alot better , its a nice place with the most amazing view , I recommend the cheese burger its amazing , you wont be disappointed, the music and the sunset and the weather was totally a hit , the service was fantastic.

I've planned 1 year before to have a staycation birthday at Atlantis The Royal. Before we check-in, I prepared a birthday surprise for my husband and big thanks to Regina, Khaoula, and all the team who helping me on that. He loves it! We had seamless check-in and check out experience, the valet parking, bell man team and also front dest team, big thanks to Stephen front desk manager to reallocate our room appreciated. The staffs looked after us with care, luxury level I can say. Thank you for Wint housekeeping and team for make our room spotless. Well done! F&B experience, top notch 👌 Nobu by the beach, in room dining, Ling Ling, Gastronomy, LVCC, etc. Waterpark is our favourite 😍 absolutely super fun. We will come back!

Without a question the best hotel in Dubai/The world! The service is unbelievably good. We went for our anniversary and when we walked into the lobby to check in, we were greeted and wished a happy anniversary and given a complimentary upgrade to a brand new beautiful suite. Kyle in guest relations had organized the most amazing surprise of a room full of beautiful red and white balloons with personal photos attached to each one. As well as this the Royal club team had given us some beautiful pink and white flowers plus gorgeous mugs from the the little Venice cake company. There were so many cute touches from hand written to notes to little mini perfumes. It was definitely the best anniversary we have had, and I love can’t wait to return again in a few weeks for an other holiday. The room was beautiful and so large, with a gorgeous view. Gastronomy was amazing as always it’s my favorite place to take guests, and Peter always looks after us so well, and Yousef the floor manager was so kind and considerate with our daughter. Overall everyone you meet is fantastic and just a completely different experience to all other Dubai hotels. They also have so many amazing restaurants plus pools and a lovely sandy beach!

Food is great and someone by the name of Ahmet at gastronomy had great service. Great atmosphere and a wide variety of different cuisines. Nice view overviewing the fountain and fire show. Overall, a great place, would recommend people to come.

The worse hotel I have ever stayed I don’t recommend this hotel specially for family stay! There were so many irritating things but the most irritating was mini bar with sensor ! They full the mini bar with juices and leave no place to put something to mini bar and if you remove something in order to put your water they will charge you as on under each drinks there is sensor. I have not seen such kind of things anywhere. As soon as you arrived they take a lot of money only just for deposit. In check out they are writing bill in which there are so many things is not done by you ! There were so many disadvantages in this hotel that I didn’t enjoy my stay.
