Polecam z całego serca! świetny hotel, pokoje wygodne i czyste, codziennie sprzątane, śniadania smaczne. Obsługa pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Szczególne pozdrowienia dla Padam- ratownika, z którym zachwycona córka szalała na basenie a on zawsze czuwał nad bezpieczeństwem ;) Dobra lokalizacja, wokół mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów. Mieliśmy pokój na 22 piętrze z którego był cudowny widok ;)

This is a example of a proper hotel that' has its employees trained each and every single one of them to provide an exceptional customer experience. This is truly a model hotel, that always goes out of their way to give the highest level of customer service and experience. The facilities were absolutely amazing, swimming pools great, the gym amazing. The Breakfast was awesome so much variety you don't know where to start and finish😍😍😍. Unfortunately we fell ill due to extreme hot weather and I have to give a massive shout out to Alina Ivanova your a star!!!! The way you took care of us and gave us extra service to make us recover quickly truely never ever expected but this just shows how far and beyond the staff go to make your stay a special memory!!!!!!! The location is easily accessible by metro and is situated near the Burjuman center. The place is neat, the atmosphere is cozy, and the minimalist room design is pleasing. The check-in process was somewhat frustrating. Despite waiting for roughly 20 minutes in queue, the woman at the counter left without informing us that she would not be back. Upon verification, we were informed that the Filipina lady is one of the reception managers. Despite the disappointment, I salute the efforts of Ms. Jenny and Ms. Shabhangi in providing a warm and smooth check-in process. The breakfast is good and we would like to thank Ms. Remedios, Patricia, and Amisha for their great service. We will definitely return.

It was my first time staying at this hotel it didn’t feel like a 5 star property breakfast staff was sweet but front desk needs more training in addressing customers like i was never asked how was my stay Location is convenient only positive thing may not consider staying here again

I have been staying in this hotel regularly whenever I visit Dubai. The location on the property is amazing and the stay is extremely comfortable. The coffee shop serves good breakfast and nice meals for lunch and dinner. I have always got the best service from Amisha & Kritima at the restaurant.
