Great apartment very clean staff were very friendly and helpful. Alexandra was super friendly pools and beaches clean and very close to apartment food was great choices. Only downside to the whole Holiday was the food was cold would definitely return again tui rep in hotel was extremely helpful.

Well, what can I say. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing holiday then this is the place for you. My husband and I have just spent a week here and we went not expecting too much due to some of the reviews that we read. We were proved wrong though, things really could not have been any better. All of the staff members that we met were charming, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were especially fond of a lovely lady named Alexandra, she really cares about her job and making sure that everyone is happy and being well catered for. The hotel has a policy of not allowing sunbeds to be reserved and this really is a huge bonus as there are always ample sun beds free, no matter what the time of day. There are a few pools here and we chose the largest one to spend most of our time, it really was blissfully quiet and having a few cold beers from the pool bar just topped things off. In terms of the restaurant we stayed bed and breakfast and the food was rather good, with a large selection to choose from, the pastries and pancakes were particularly good. The hotel is situated just off a small cove and it is just stunning, we spent many happy hours here, again blissfully peaceful. There is a small supermarket within the hotel for basic essentials, but if you need more there is a fantastic Spanish supermarket approximately 15 minutes away on foot. In terms of our room, yes it was a little dated and in need of a little bit of attention but this really didn’t matter as it had so much going for it ie it was large and airy, has a small functional kitchen and the air con is magnificent, best of all though is that we had 2 balconies, yes 2, both with a very pleasant view. So, in a nutshell…if you want a peaceful relaxing time surrounded by lovely people and places then you can do no better than to visit this hotel, it is absolutely spot on and we will definitely be returning. Great location next to the beach but very peaceful, lots of variety at mealtimes, comfy pillows, and nice shower. All the pools were fabulous, open until 7pm so perfect for a late afternoon swim. When we came the sea was a bit rough for swimming so the pool was a wonderful alternative

We've enjoyed our stay very much a very quiet hotel/apartments clean and comfortable the lovely Alexandria the hotel rep was so accommodating and friendly she put us at ease and told us anything we needed to ask very nice young lady we stayed bed/breakfast but Nx time it will be half board food was ok I was poorly coming over so didn't eat much,but there's no restaurants near by unless you get bus or cab into the beautiful town of cuitadella.wee beach is 2 mins from our room spent whole day there sea was amazing as was all the 3 pools to choose from I was in my element as I love water so great way break had by us both

Avoid! Avoid and avoid! I have never felt so dirty in my life staying at this so called hotel. Bathroom filthy Pool side scum marks not cleaned. One plug in the kitchen to service 3 devices. Tiles throughout apartment grubby. Reception staff rude. Ignored us when we arrived. Another couple were provided with better service than us just after us! Watch out for the metal ramp by dining hall. Partner slipped due to rain. No wet signs out until next day. Did not use the air con - good job due to the amount of dust on the fan.
